Every once in a while we like to have a little fun behind the scenes... 

The Art of Charcuterie at Hudson's.

Come "MEAT" us for a - Full Pig - Butchery Workshop. 

We will provide: 

-Aprons, Knives and a brief but important Knife Skills Class.

-Hands On Butchery Lesson of a Whole Pig, from Notta Farms. 

-Charcuterie Recipes, Demonstrations and Lunch!

-Handcrafted Butcher Blocks made by Claus Flemming, for you to take home.

-Gift Certificates for you to sample your Charcuterie later this summer. 

$70 per person. Only 10 Seats Available. Email us as soon as possible to reserve your spot!
